1935-S US Peace silver dollar. This coin is composed of 90% silver and was struck at the San Francisco Mint, as indicated by the S mint mark located on the reverse. The obverse features the Peace dollar design with literal inscriptions LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST, and is dated 1935. The reverse bears the literal inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. This issue marks the final year of production for the circulating Peace dollar series.
